Returns Policy (non-defective merchandise)
We allow you to return merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. If we make a mistake, we will give you a full refund, including original shipping charges from the store and shipping charges to return the item to the store. Returned merchandise must be in sellable, as new, condition showing no signs of prior use. If the product is damaged at the time you receive it, please make sure you note this with the freight carrier. If there was no mistake and you still want to return the order, we will gladly refund the cost of the order within the 30 day period minus all shipping charges as long as the items are in sellable condition. Items returned in a condition judged to be unsellable “as new” as determined by Outdoor Experience, Inc. will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges to return items to the store are the responsiblity of the purchaser, except in cases where we have made a mistake as outlined above. If you are exchanging a full priced (non-sale) item, we will pay the shipping back to you. If you are exchanging a sale item, your credit card will be charged for the shipping charges according to the rate chart below at the time we ship the replacement item to you.
Refunds will be made only with prior authorization. Please contact us at 208.263.6028, or firstname.lastname@example.org, prior to shipping the item back so that we may authorize the refund process. Items returned without prior authorization will be subject to a minimun 15% restocking fee.
Warranty Issues (items purchased from outdoorexperience.us)
We want you to be happy with your purchases from us. We also need you to be reasonable in your expectations of how long a piece of clothing, a water bottle, a sticker, a piece of jewelry, or any thing else we sell will last. So, pretty much, we will replace products that you purchase from us that have failed because of some workmanship or materials defect for a period of 120 days from your date of purchase.
Warranty Issues (items purchased from our Retail (Brick & Mortar) store
With the exception of our “self-branded” merchandise, Outdoor Experience, Inc. offers no warranty on items we sell. That being said, most manufacturers we deal with offer some type of warranty protection to the consumer. We will defer to this warranty when determining issues regarding repair, replacement, etc. We are always willing to facilitate assisting you with warranty issues that arise with the products you purchase from us.
