Returns Policy
We allow you to return merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. If we make a mistake, we will give you a full refund, including original shipping charges from the store and shipping charges to return the item to the store. Returned merchandise must be in sellable, as new, condition showing no signs of prior use. If the product is damaged at the time you receive it, please make sure you note this with the freight carrier. If there was no mistake and you still want to return the order, we will gladly refund the cost of the order within the 30 day period minus all shipping charges as long as the items are in sellable condition. Items returned in a condition judged to be unsellable "as new" as determined by Outdoor Experience, Inc. will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges to return items to the store are the responsiblity of the purchaser, except in cases where we have made a mistake as outlined above. If you are exchanging a full priced (non-sale) item, we will pay the shipping back to you. If you are exchanging a sale item, your credit card will be charged for the shipping charges according to the rate chart below at the time we ship the replacement item to you.
Refunds will be made only with prior authorization. Please contact us at 208.263.6028, or info@outdoorexperience.us, prior to shipping the item back so that we may authorize the refund process. Items returned without prior authorization will be subject to a minimun 15% restocking fee.
While Outdoor Experience, Inc. offers no warranty on items we sell, most manufacturers offer some type of warranty protection to the consumer. We will defer to this warranty when determining issues regarding repair, replacement, etc. We are always willing to facilitate assisting you with warranty issues that arise with the products you purchase from us. Shipping rates displayed at checkout are based on standard size packages and may be lower, in some cases significantly, but never higher, than you see indicated in this chart. Long, large, or odd sized packages that fall into dimensional weight catagories will be charged accordingly. If this turns out to be higher than the rates indicated here, we will contact you prior to shipping. For most of our customers, skis are the only items that may fall into this catagory.
All items are shipped FOB Outdoor Experience. If you want your package insured against loss or damage by the carrier, you must let us know how much insurance you would like and we will charge your credit card accordingly.
