How long does it take for an order to be processed?
Orders placed before 10 a.m. Pacific time on weekdays and non-holidays are usually processed within one business day. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed if the order is placed during a peak time such as the holiday season.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can submit your credit card information online. All credit card information is encrypted using 256 bit encryption technology certified by Equifax Secure, Inc. View our security certificate by clicking on the yellow padlock on your status bar when it appears. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. We also accept money orders, cashier checks and personal checks. Payment with personal check takes an additional ten business days to clear. Payment is in U.S. currency only. We do not accept COD orders or PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped. You must call us to cancel or change your order once it has been committed. Cancelling or changing an order is not available via our e-commerce site.
Are your prices in U.S. currency?
All of our prices are listed in U.S. dollars. All payment is in U.S. dollars.
How do you protect customer information?
When you place an order, your information is transferred using a secure server to protect your personal and credit card information. We do not sell or share customer information.
How will I know you have received my order?
When your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will include your order date, order number, the items that you have ordered, shipping details and total cost. This email does not mean that your credit card information has been approved. You may also check your order status at the top of this page under "My Accounts."
How can I change my account information?
Links at the top of the page will allow you to change your password and shipping address. You may also review and load previous orders or shopping baskets. To change your billing information after your order has been committed, please contact us by phone.
